The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Harvey William Fox III, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for delivery or possession of narcotic drugs, third-degree theft and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Kamarie Astrid Chapman, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

John Lee Bloxom, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Kevin Michael Ingram, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Gerald Walter Misanes, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for a probation violation.

Jacqueline Julius, booked by Nooksack Indian Tribal Police for third-degree theft and failure to appear for use of drug paraphernalia.

Darren Wade Hicks, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree driving with a suspended license and obtaining a permit by fraud.

Katherine Marie Sofie, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree murder.

Patrick Arnold Keough, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jason Wayne Cooper, booked by Lummi Naton Police Department for a probation violation and failure to appear for reckless endangerment.

Angela Lynn Anderson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and harassment.
