Bells to honor military during Wednesday games

The Bellingham Bells plan to honor current and former members of the United States military before and during all Wednesday home games during the 2014 season, the team announced Monday, April 28.

The Bells will honor military members with special on-field ceremonies and tributes before and during each Wednesday home game. Additionally, the team will wear military-themed camouflage hats on each of the five Wednesdays to show their appreciation of our armed forces.

Salute to Armed Forces night will take place June 11, June 25, July 9, July 16 and July 30. First pitch for all games will be at 7:05 pm, with gates opening at 6 p.m.
