Truck drives off Blaine Pier

Blaine Police Department spokesperson Lisa Moeller describes the search for a truck that drove off Blaine Pier into Drayton Harbor in Blaine Sunday, April 27, 2014, after striking a young boy. No one surfaced after the vehicle went into the water; a seven-year-old boy suffered a leg injury. The body of a man believed to be the driver of the truck was found washed ashore in British Columbia.
