All American Marine keel ceremony in Bellingham

All American Marine welder, Josh Evans, and Harold Taniguchi, director of the King County transportation division, do some welding for the keel authentication ceremony on Friday, April 25. All American Marine is starting construction on two 250-passenger ferries. Construction of the ferries will be done in Bellingham, taking about 37,000 worker hours to complete. The first boat is expected to be ready around February 2015.
