Sees no victory in health care act

Eight million signed up for the Affordable Care Act. How's that cause for celebration?

Leading up to the passage of the Affordable Care Act it was touted there were 20 million to 46 million uninsured, according to factcheck.com.

In 2013, I believe 10 million to 12 million more Americans lost their insurance due to the Affordable Care Act.

So how do you figure 8 million people signed up for health care is a number to celebrate? Because the Obama administration tells you so?
