Linda Greenlaw, author of "Life-Saving Lessons: Notes from an Accidental Mother," is a guest on The Chuckanut Radio Hour Friday, April 25. The Radio Hour is staged at Whatcom Community College's Heiner Center Theater, 231 W. Kellogg Road in Bellingham.

The Chuckanut Radio Hour show on Friday, April 25, features author Linda Greenlaw, whose new book, "Life-Saving Lessons: Notes from an Accidental Mother," tells perhaps the most unexpected of Greenlaw's many adventures: becoming a mother of a troubled teenage girl.

Greenlaw is the swordfish boat captain featured in the book and film "The Perfect Storm."

The show's musical guest is Bellingham's Stirred Not Shaken.

The Radio Hour is staged at Whatcom Community College's Heiner Center Theater, 231 W. Kellogg Road. Tickets, $5, are available at Village Books.
