The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Aaron Troy Laststar, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jesi Amorita Garcia, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

Christopher J. Hardenbrook, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shane Ross Staley, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence, fourth-degree assault, felony harassment and third-degree theft.

Joshua Dale Rehberger, booked by the Sumas Police Department for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jon Ralston Lattimer, booked by Homeland Security Investigations for drug possession with intent to deliver.

Travis Michael Fox, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for injury hit and run and reckless driving.

James Dominick Jarosz, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first- and second-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, fourth-degree assault and obstructing a police officer.

Madeline Ida Davis, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree burglary.

Emily Ann Stinson, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Jackie Rose Jones, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for delivering a controlled substance and shoplifting.

D.J. Lorenz, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for second-degree theft and a Department of Corrections detainer.

Sandra Rose Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for second-degree theft.

Alexis Rose Martin, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for second-degree theft of a motor vehicle and obstructing a police officer.

Cody Allen Call, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for residential burglary and second-degree theft.
