The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Larry Arnold Gustafson, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Tyler Scott Hardy, booked by Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rogelio Ramirez, booked by Sumas Police Department for failure to comply for third-degree driving with a suspended license, first-degree negligent driving and second-degree vehicle prowl.

Jeffrey Loren Eagleman, booked by Everson Police Department for second-degree child rape and third-degree child rape.

Michael Joseph Martin Jr., booked by Lummi Police Department for second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Gary Duwayne LaFontaine, booked by Lummi Police Department for contempt of court and obstruction of a police officer.

Glen Markwell Cooley, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Christopher Stanley Tometczak, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment.

Sara Alice Richter, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief.

Douglass Mick Thomas, booked by Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Michelle Patrice Riggan, booked by Washington State Patrol for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for second-degree identity theft.

Lavonne Monica Mitchell, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Miranda Faith Misanes, booked by Lummi Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass and failure to comply for third-degree theft.
