Phone appointments available for help paying PSE bills

BELLINGHAM - The Opportunity Council is still booking appointments for low-income Whatcom County residents who need help paying their Puget Sound Energy bills.

People can call 360-255-2192 or 888-586-7293 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday for an appointment for PSE's Home Energy Lifeline Program, which provides grants.

Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
