Blaine baseball loses road game

Anacortes pitcher Matt Irving only gave up three hits to Blaine in the Seahawks' 4-0 Northwest Conference victory Monday, April 14, at Anacortes.

"Their pitcher was just too much for us," Blaine coach Sean Linville said in a phone interview. "We just couldn't generate any kind of offense."

Chris Doll, Myles Peltier and Jonathan Starcer, who took the loss on the mound, were all 1 for 3 on the day.
