Blaise Black sets Sehome record

Sehome's Blaise Black set a school record in the pole vault and the Mariners beat Lynden 106-39 in a track meet on Wednesday, April 9, at Lynden High School. Black vaulted a full 15 feet to top the record.

Sehome won all but two of the events. The Mariners had strong performances from Daniel Ziegler, who won both the sprints, and David Roy, who won the long jump and javelin.

Lynden's wins came from Nick Faber in the high jump and the Lions' 4x400 relay team.
