Phan wins 800 and 1,600 at Sedro

Mount Baker's girls track and field team won only three events against Sedro-Woolley and Burlington-Edison in a track meet on Wednesday, April 9, at Sedro-Woolley High School.

Chynna Phan starred for Baker despite the struggles. Phan won the 800 and 1,600-meter races.

Baker's other event win came from it's 4x400 relay team of Rayedeen Engels, Katie Buss, Molly Lynch and Haley Rollins. The relay team won with a time of 4 minutes, 21.71 seconds.

Burlington-Edison won nine events. Sedro-Woolley won four events.
