Shawn Fuller directs "Women of Lockerbie" at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays, April 11-27, at Bellingham Theatre Guild, 1600 H St.

Based on the true story of a group of women of Lockerbie who fought the U.S. government to obtain clothing of the victims found in the wreckage of bombed PanAm Flight 103, the show is a poetic drama about the triumph of love over hate. The women, determined to convert an act of hatred into an act of love, want to wash the clothes of the dead and return them to the victims' families.

Tickets, $8 to $14, are at 360-733-1811. Details: bellinghamtheatreguild.com.
