The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Richard Lee Huston, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for violation of a no-contact order.

Jeremiah Robert Tiefenback, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Scott William Jones, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Adam Michael Ure, booked by the Washington State Patrol for reckless driving and driving under the influence.

Delia Rose Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to comply.

Richard Timothy Reightley, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

David Wayne Whitecotton, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license, second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree possession of stolen property.

Elvis Antonio Castillo, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree assault.

Brian Matthew Marshall, booked by the Department of Corrections for a probation violation.

Emily Yu, booked by the Washington State Patrol for resisting arrest and obstructing officers.

Carolyn Elsie Towksjhea, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for violating a child abuse restraining order, a drug violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for a drug violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony George Towksjhea, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for violating a child abuse restraining order and selling or delivering drug paraphernalia to a minor.

Colby Leon James, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for violating a child abuse restraining order, drug possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Kelsey Kate Harmon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for reckless driving.

Wyatt Lang Friedman, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault, unlawful imprisonment and failure to appear for second-degree burglary.
