The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Vance James King, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

Brandon Carl Ingram, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for felony harassment.

Dillon Lawrence Bass, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for attempting to elude law enforcement and failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief.

Leif Ragnar Gustafson, booked by Ferndale Police Department for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.

Brian Andrew Terris, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree malicious mischief.

Ernest Clifford Garcia Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol.

David Scott Shipley, booked for a Skagit County Jail hold.

Kevin Hans Olson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for disorderly conduct.

Donald Rushing Farmer, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Jeremiah Martin Williams, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Shingo Harada, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree malicious mischief.
