Sehome's boys' and girls' track teams swept Bellingham and Squalicum in a double duel between the city schools on Friday, March 28, at Civic Stadium. In the third boys' duel, Bellingham beat Squalicum 88-54, and in the third girls' duel, the Red Raiders scored a 97-53 win over the Storm.
"It was great to see the three city schools get going," Sehome coach Kevin Ryan said in a phone interview. "Track is just so deep in this city. It was good for the younger kids to see a high-energy meet."

"Emily ran a conservative, smart race today," Ryan said.
Daniel Ziegler also starred for Sehome. He won the 100 (11.52 seconds) and the 200 (23.6 seconds) for the Mariners.
