Lynden girls lose to Burlington-Edison at home

Lynden's girls' track and field team couldn't hold steady with Burlington-Edison as the Lions fell 91.75-57.25 on Wednesday, March 26, at Lynden High School.

Lynden was led by Kat Webb and Shelby Jacob, who both won two events.

Webb won the 200 meter with a time of 28.55 seconds and followed that up with a win in the 4x200 relay, which consisted of Jasmyne Neria, Sofia Milstead and Hailey DiLorenzo. Lynden's 4x100 relay lost by .02 seconds.

Jacob won the shot put and javelin and was followed by Ivie Erickson's win in the pole vault.
