The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Shelby Diane Olaire, booked by the Blaine Police Department for violating a no-contact order.

William Jonathan Kok, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Kenneth James Leppala, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Lindsey Lu Larson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Thomas Roy Brown, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violating a domestic violence protection order.

Devan James Gilmour, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Grecia Miranda Waddle, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Corbin Oday Saunders, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

David Joseph Veliz, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Nenod Paul Zivkovic, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for harassment and third-degree malicious mischief.

Kelsey Amanda Hardenbrook, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Vaughn Anton Tufts, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for felony harassment.

Derek Michael Becker, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for possession of a dangerous weapon, second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, third-degree possession of stolen property and shoplifting.

Jack Russell Cain, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a no-contact order and second-degree assault.
