The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Amanda Marie Pedersen, booked by Washington State Patrol for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric G. Steinbach, booked by Washington State Patrol for urinating in public.

James Allen Pursley, booked by Washington State Patrol for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Anthony Larry Zarate, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and failure to appear for minor intoxicated in public.

Donald Gene Zander, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespassing, failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing, and transport conduct.

Miles Christian Seifert, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Rina Lee Ann Bolden, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a first-degree suspended license, an ignition interlock violation and driving under the influence.

Daniel Joel Gilmore, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Shirley Ann Spears, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violation of a protection order and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Dylan Truman Taber, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a no-contact order.

Chase David Taylor, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a third-degree suspended license, refusing to provide information or cooperate with an officer, and failure to appear for third-degree possession of stolen property.
