Bring your antiques to be evaluated April 12 in Bellingham

THE BELLINGHAM HERALDMarch 22, 2014

BELLINGHAM - People curious what their heirlooms, collections and knickknacks are worth might want to attend the Antique and Collectibles Evaluation event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 12 at Bellingham Senior Activity Center, 315 Halleck St.

Professional evaluators will review people's items and estimate their value in a fashion similar to the popular "Antique Roadshow" TV program.

Last year, 14 evaluators looked over 400 items brought in by community members.

Tickets are $6 per item or $15 for three items. No furniture please; items must be small enough to carry.

Hot dogs will be available for purchase, and there will be live music. Details: 360-733-4030, wccoa.org.
