The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Brian Luke Eric Lane, booked by the Department of Corrections for theft and a community custody violation.

Lori Ann Stewart, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

James Robert Markowicz, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for interfering with reporting domestic violence, harassment, third-degree theft and possession of a stun gun.

Samuel Thomas Johnson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Justin Robert Shelton, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Department of Corrections detainer.

Laura Faith Edwards, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Richard Ryan Ackerman, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Clinton Eugene Berry, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Frederick Robert Muenscher, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree assault on an officer and second-degree malicious mischief.

Alan Garold Jefferson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Michael Norman F. Gordon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for forgery, shoplifting and failure to appear for driving under the influence and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Abraham Kealoha Feliciano, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree malicious mischief, disorderly conduct and obstructing.

Brian Curtis Hecht, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree burglary and failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.
