Terry Nelson and Judy Nelson

March 20, 2014

Terry and Judy Nelson Terry and Judy met on a Saturday in July 1963 at the Mt. Baker Motorcycle Club Races - Judy was working in the concession stand and Terry was participating in the races. Two weeks later on Sunday Terry asked Judy on a date. They went for a ride on his new 1964 Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle and had dinner in Blaine. That was over little 50 years ago, the start of their future together. Terry and Judy spent their marred life in Bellingham where they raised three kids. Terry was employed by Georgia Pacific and Judy was a homemaker - they both retired in 2006. Their seven grandchildren and their dog Jaxson are the joys of their retirement. Terry and Judy celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children on March 29th, 2014 from 2-5pm at Norway Hall 1419 North Forest Street, Bellingham WA.
