The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Mark Stephen Phair, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for stalking.

Colby Alan Schnackenberg, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence.

Jesse Cameron Langford, booked by the Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Edward Alphonso George, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Christopher David Strait, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nicholas Vincent Tsiantar, booked by the Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Christopher David Johnston, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Joseph Eugene Aiello, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Robert Dee Angus, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Scott Lee Alex, booked by the Washington State Patrol for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Timothy Blair Drafs, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault and first-degree burglary.

Alan Lee Tincher, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault and first-degree burglary.

Wilfred Alex Lawrence, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree assault and failure to appear for third-degree assault on an officer.

Jonathan William Anderson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for aiding and abetting third-degree driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree assault.
