Bellingham wins team event, Roth wins individually


Bellingham won a five-team match Tuesday, March 18, at Skagit Golf and Country Club.

The Red Raiders won with a team score of 400, highlighted by Cody Roth, who won the medalist honor with a 73.

Behind Roth, the Red Raiders had three golfers - Taylor Paul, Nick Nolan and Rees Kruhlik - part of the six-way tie for second-place at 81.

Also part of that tie was Burlington Edison's Conner Atkinson and Nolan Skillman and Lynden Christian's Lincoln Olson.

Behind Bellingham in first place, was Burlington Edison (434), Ferndale (455), Sedro-Woolley (467) and Lynden Christian (540)

Team scores: Bellingham 400, Burlington-Edison 434, Ferndale 455, Sedro-Woolley 467, Lynden Christian 540
