Nominatons sought for best books set in Whatcom County

THE BELLINGHAM HERALDMarch 17, 2014

Everyone says Whatcom County is a haven for readers, but is the county a magnet for writers?

To find out, The Bellingham Herald is asking readers to nominate the best novels, nonfiction books, children's books and books of poetry set in Whatcom County.

The author need not be or have been a county resident, but the book must focus in total or in good part on Whatcom County. Authors cannot nominate their own work.

Submit the book's name, author, and a few paragraphs about why it's worthy, to bellinghamherald.com/send-a-story.
