The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Kristina Noel Askov, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear on controlled substance violation.

Jodi Rae Waterman, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer and controlled substance violation.

Andrew Ross Euper, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Chase Michael Golka, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Eleonora Florica Ilana, booked by Washington State Patrol for an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer and driving under the influence.

Erika Fraser Eggert, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to comply and controlled substance violation.

Eric Aybar, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a domestic violence no-contact order and fourth-degree assault.

Christopher Siewert, booked by Bellingham Police Department for sitting or lying on a public sidewalk.

Mark Allen Livingston Jr., booked by Ferndale Police Department for second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Bonnie Jennie Hasty, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear on forgery.

Sidney Charles Phair Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct/abusive language.

Jenessa Elizabeth Robinson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear on both third-degree driving with a suspended license and third-degree malicious mischief.

Johnny Lee Rhoades, booked by Blaine Police Department for interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Benjamin William Murphy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear on third-degree theft.
