The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Brett Alden Davis, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Randolph Carswell Jr., booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a third-degree suspended license, driving under the influence and manufacturing, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Bradley Eugene Deming, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Zachary Ray Lynch, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a third-degree suspended license and driving under the influence.

Gary Mix Wilbur, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Robert Duane Polinder Jr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a probation or parole violation.

Satpal Singh Buttar, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a domestic violence protection order and second-degree malicious mischief.

Leona May Mount, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree retail theft.

Diego Miguel Castro, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violation of a domestic violence no-contact order, fourth-degree assault and felony harassment.

Mark Paul Sires, booked by Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.
