A free symposium on nutrition and aging will be held March 26 at Bellingham Senior Activity Center with speakers and cooking demonstrations.
The event will run from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at the center, 315 Halleck St.
Guest speakers are Cindy Brinn, a dietitian and diabetes educator, and Shelly Zylstra, planning director at Northwest Regional Council.
Between their talks, listeners will have a choice of three demonstrations - cooking with arthritis; simple and healthy cooking for one person; and cooking on a budget.
