The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Tyler Glenn Lagerwey, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violation of a protection order, violation of a domestic violence protection order with assault, and obstructing a police officer.

Alex William R. St. Germain, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a second-degree suspended license and failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Darian Westbrook, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for unlawful imprisonment.

Lena Sarah Schreder, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Timothy Allen Clough III, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for first-degree theft.

Marc Cagey Oreiro, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct, obstructing law enforcement and shoplifting.

James Garnet Adams, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Desiree Nicole Straathof, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for manufacturing, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Daniel Dean Hunt, booked by Department of Corrections for a probation or parole violation.

Levi Sheldon Walton, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Angelina Christine Atkinson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Danny Maurice Rusk, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license and failure to appear for delivery of a substance in lieu of a controlled substance.

Kurtis Michael Holbrook, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a first-degree suspended license.

Gary Dean Davis, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for reckless driving.

Darrell Jon Cobb, booked by Sumas Police Department for a controlled substance violation.

Michael Gene Smart, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license and distribution of a controlled substance (narcotics, methamphetamine or flunitrazepam) to a minor.

Nathaniel Chavez Huckaby, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a first-degree suspended license.

Tod Edward Wightman, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a third-degree suspended license, hit and run of an unattended vehicle, driving under the influence, failure to appear for reckless driving, failure to appear for driving under the influence and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Brandon Benton Bryning, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a third-degree suspended license and failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Anthony Dean Webb, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violation of a protection order.

Gregory Alan Brown, booked by Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Glen Luke Lane, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for fourth-degree assault and violation of a child abuse restraining order.
