The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jason William Box, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for possession of a legend drug without a prescription and third-degree theft.

Richard Noel Garza, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Michael Alan Catlin, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for possession of a dangerous weapon.

Andrew James Farrell, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief.

Scott Malcolm Toney, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Richard Sheldon Cooke, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Lane Scott Phipps, booked by the Washington State Patrol for possession of drug paraphernalia, a probation violation, second-degree vehicle prowl, first-degree criminal impersonation and obstructing.

Joshua Jeffrey Bremner, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for felony harassment.

Kristine Marie Crapser, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for shoplifting.

Erica Brynn Howell, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Earnest Terrance Russell, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Farhad Talebian, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Denise Angela Maltos, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Amanda Kristine Nelson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and reckless endangerment.

Donald Eugene Houtchens, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for driving under the influence.

Lindsay Anne Alaniz, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
