The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Joseph Michael Ackerson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Valerie Marcelle Cagey, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Aaron Clark, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for disorderly conduct.

Isaiah L. Clark, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Casey Herndon, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Spencer Bernard Buckingham, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Fernando Paz, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a third-degree suspended license and driving under the influence.

Angela Donn Arestad, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft.

Zachary Joe Lane Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for minor in possession of alcohol, possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana, a probation or parole violation, and a non-felony sex offender registration violation.

Jonathan M. Rodriguez, booked by Everson Police Department for theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle.
