Rave: Thanks for BTC for shop tour

COURTESY TO THE BELLINGHAM HERALDFebruary 23, 2014

For the second time in two years, my Bellingham Sail and Power Squadron class toured the Bellingham Technical College's automotive and diesel technology shops. This two-hour tour filled out the Power Squadrons' Engine Maintenance course with an in-depth look at parts and engines in failed and pristine conditions.

It was for the second time a superb experience, thanks to the college's instructors, Dan Beeson and Jeffry Curtis who set up and paced the instructional tour with good humor and practiced eye.

We can highly recommend BTC's shop programs for any young person looking at a possible career in automotive and engine technology. They will get the best in instruction, in the most impeccable shops, in a great learning atmosphere!

Thank you Dan, Jeff and BTC!
