The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Peter John Rolstad, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Daniel Fred Oman, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree assault.

Kelli Ann Santler, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence, and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Jennifer Lynette Martinez, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence.

Richard William Miller, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Colin Strong Moore, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for reckless driving and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Juan Jose Almaraz, booked by the Everson Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Kathleen Vanzanten, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Crystal Rosa Martines, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

John Peter Calene, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Ryan Andrew Newton, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license, aiding and abetting, and making a false statement.

Reto Peter Taeuber, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

Jacob Gabriel Martin, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia and second- and third-degree assault.

Phillip Allen Hunter, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and failure to appear for misdemeanor indecent exposure.

Jason Andrew Parker, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license, minor in possession of alcohol and a drug violation.
