Mark Alway, of Penumbra Tables LLC, created a interactive beer pong table and one of the first tables is at the Underground in Bellingham. The Penumbra beer pong tables feature LED lights that light up around the cups that are still in play, a ping pong air suspension system and Internet connectivity, so players can check real time stats and sign up to play. Penumbra Tables LLC won Bellingham's Big Idea Lab Pitch Fest with this table and the technology behind it.
