JEAN MANN IN BLAINE CONCERT

Releasing her fifth CD, "between the rocks and stars," Seattle-based, Bellingham-bred singer-songwriter Jean Mann performs her jazzy, vocal-driven neo-folk style playing on tenor and acoustic guitars, as well as ukulele, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, in a Backstage @ the Border concert at Christ Episcopal Church, 382 Boblett St., in Blaine.

New York City's Sonya Heller opens the concert.
