Best Bets: New works by Erin Clancy at Honey Salon in Bellingham

Honey Salon, 310 W. Holly St., presents "Until We Meet Again," new works by Bellingham based paper and mixed-media artist Erin L. Clancy, opening with a reception from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, during the monthly Downtown Art Walk.

Each piece explores the bittersweet nature of leaving, coming home, and everything in between. After exhibiting locally for nearly a decade, this collection of works on paper and functional ceramics constitutes her final art show in Bellingham.

Ph.DJ, drinks and sweet noshes will accompany the artist reception.

JAKE HEMMINGS AND KEVIN SUR AT HONEY MOON

Songwriters and friends Jake Hemming and Kevin Sur pay tribute to the other by covering each other's songs and covering songs of those they each would like to acknowledge at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at the Honey Moon, 1053 N. State St. (in the alley behind Pepper Sisters).
