THE BELLINGHAM HERALDJanuary 29, 2014

Bellingham's boys' wrestling team could only score one pin in its 58-9 loss to Burlington-Edison on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Burlington-Edison.

Baback Abedsaidi was the lone winner by pin and Nick Hanks scored the other victory for the Red Raiders by decision.

"It was a tough match," Bellingham coach Tom Hinz said in a phone interview. "Burlington's tough. Baback wrestled a really good match against a really good kid. Nick Hanks also had very good match. He controlled it the whole time and came out with a big win."

Aside from those two it was a Tigers' domination, as they scored in every other match except the double forfeit in the 195-pound class.

Bellingham finishes the regular season with a 3-5 record.
