Erik Owen Gilbert, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Linsey Marie McAffe, booked by Bellingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Herbert Elijah Wilgis IV, booked by Western Washington University Police for minor in possession and consumption of alcohol, third-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Colton Ray Handerson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Crystal Rosa Martines, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear on third-degree theft.

Richard Joel Solomon Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for violation of a child-abuse restraining order, driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, unlawful imprisonment, intimidating a witness and failure to appear on driving under the influence.

Maria Kay Ridley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for hit and run of an unattended vehicle/property and driving under the influence.
