What he did: Wolffis scored a combined 48 points during Lynden Christian's 83-77 win against Burlington-Edison on Thursday, Jan. 9 and LC's 65-49 loss to Anacortes on Monday, Jan. 13. Wolffis scored a season-high 33 against the Tigers and had 15 against the Seahawks. Wolffis also hauled in a combined 16 rebounds, and he is averaging 14.0 points per game this season.

BLAKE YOUTSEY

School: Squalicum

Sport: Basketball

Year: Senior

Position: Forward

What he did: Youtsey followed up a 26-point, 14-rebound performance during Squalicum's 64-47 win against Bellingham on Monday, Jan. 13, with a 24-point, eight-rebound night in the Storm's 80-50 win against Blaine on Thursday, Jan. 16. The senior forward is averaging 18.4 points per game, which is fourth best in the Northwest Conference.

Coach's quote: "In his four years as a varsity player, Blake has always been able to shoot. It is impressive to see growth in Blake as a player and a person. He has become a better defender and a more complete offensive player. Most importantly, he has learned to effectively compete and lead by example." - Dave Dickson
