The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

James Dean Rittel, booked by Bellingham Police Department for manufacture, delivery and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Olga M. Kazantseva, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Joel Dewayne Hansen, booked by Washington State Patrol for third-degree driving with a suspended license, an ignition interlock violation, hit and run of unattended property, driving under the influence, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment and second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Laura Ingrid Reese, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Pedro Pablo Mungarro Jr., booked by Washington State Patrol for reckless driving and driving under the influence.

Ryan Charles Cross, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for reckless driving.

Issac Solomon Lawrence, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brianna Michelle Echols, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence.

Kimberly L. Witman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on both a controlled substance violation and fourth-degree assault.

Sindick Benjamin Jimmy, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections detainer and violating a no-contact order.

Lucy Matilda D. Cooke, booked by Bellingham Police Department first-degree burglary, second-degree robbery and third-degree retail theft.

Brian Edward Button, booked by Lynden Police Department for driving under the influence.

Sandra Rose Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance and failure to comply on possession, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.
