Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship is offering "Going Within," a series of workshops planned with seniors in mind.
The workshops will be held at the fellowship, 1207 Ellsworth St., from 12:30 to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays. People should bring a pen and pad to take notes.
While the workshops are free, optional donations of $1 to $20 help cover expenses. The schedule:
Jan. 21: "Journal Writing to Clear Clutter," with Carolyn Koehnline. Explore ways to use writing to help you let go, make choices and break the stress-clutter cycle.
Feb. 25: "From Stressed to Blessed: Easing Stress Naturally," with Sheryl Allen. Learn simple, practical ways to diminish the effects of stress while balancing and boosting body/brain energy.
April 1: "Foods For Vitality At Any Age," with Linda Fels. Learn how your food and lifestyle choices influence whether you age gracefully.
April 29: "Creating a Joyful Life," with Anastacia Metcalf. Discover your energetic sources of life strength and pleasure, and how to meet your primary needs by using them.
