The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Brandon Carl Post, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for first-degree driving with a suspended license, violating a protection order, hit and run and forgery.

Samuel Warner Cornish, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Leona May Mount, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree theft.

Misty Anne Richards, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Henry Dean Martin Jr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for violation of a protection order.

Brandon Scott Carlson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a probation violation and fourth-degree assault.

Dominique Elpedio Carampot, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Crystal Starr Miller, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Francisco Lomas, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Dennis Shaun Smith, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Seaton Ray Land, booked by the Sumas Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Jerry Ray Land, booked by the Sumas Police Department for violating a domestic violence protection order.

Samantha Paige Alex, booked by the Washington State Patrol for hit and run and driving under the influence.

Jose Ormonde Inacio, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Michelle Kay Moses, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree possession of stolen property.

Melissa Ann Welch, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.
