The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Keenan Lee Littlewhiteman, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence and second-degree negligent driving.

Eva Ann Lomawaima, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for minor in possession, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer.

Mary Renee Henry, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for first-degree assault.

Evan Paul Rhodes, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Nathan Todd Klemann, booked by Sumas Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Ryan James Ash, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree assault, felony harassment, first-degree criminal trespassing, obstructing and failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Aaron Dean Lafontaine, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Reese Abelson, booked for a drug court violation.

Jaromie Shayne Kernan, booked by Ferndale Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Francisco Lomas, booked for a drug court violation.

Vaughn Anton Tufts, booked by Bellingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of a dangerous weapon and a community custody violation.

Leonard Travis Morris, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for delivering drugs.

Steven Robert Aalpoel, booked by Bellingham Police Department for drug possession with intent to deliver.

Dennis Wayne Keith-Eng, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, unlawful issuance of bank checks, failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief and failure to comply for third-degree theft.

Nichole Tessa Martinez, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to report abuse or neglect, second- and third-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing.

Daniel Gerard Mott, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault.

Lisa Jeanne Carlson-Oldhams, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office on fugitive from justice warrants.
