Whatcom Chorale kicks off its 41st season with its December concert, "Songs of Heaven," led by artistic director and conductor Deborah Brown, at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at Church of the Assumption, 2116 Cornwall Ave. The concert includes sacred works for choir, brass and organ by Gabrieli, Monteverdi, Schütz, Rachmaninoff and Mendelssohn.

Whatcom Chorale kicks off its 41st season with its December concert, "Songs of Heaven," led by artistic director and conductor Deborah Brown, at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at Church of the Assumption, 2116 Cornwall Ave. The concert includes sacred works for choir, brass and organ by Gabrieli, Monteverdi, Schütz, Rachmaninoff and Mendelssohn.

Tickets are $20 adults, $15 seniors and students, $5 for those 18 and younger, available at the door and at Village Books, Piper Music, Everybody's Store, Greenhouse, both Community Food Co-op stores in Bellingham, and through Brown Paper Tickets.
