The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Teresa M. Gomez, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Dennis Dean Post, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence.

Lawrence Griffin III, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for reckless driving and a probation violation.

Julian Edward Picos, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to comply for second-degree assault.

Lucy M. D. Cooke, booked by the Washington State Patrol for first-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and a community custody violation.

Emmett John Grube, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree burglary and an offender in possession of a firearm.

Ronald Oscar Stewart, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Nicholas Ulrich Coventry, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections detainer.

Daniel Peter Mawhinney, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

Wayne Lee Lankhaar, booked by the Department of Correction for a department detainer and failure to appear for a drug violation.

Paul Andrew Wines, booked by the Sumas Police Department for driving under the influence.

Thomas James Morris, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence.

Christopher Stephan Lally, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Ryan Timothy Swartz, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Kari Lee Johnson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.
