The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Daniel Leroy Downs, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

Casey Sherwood Reynolds, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Alejandro Ortiz-Juarez, booked by Washington State Patrol for an immigration detainer, driving with a third-degree suspended license and driving under the influence.

Robert W. Blow, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a third-degree suspended license and driving under the influence.

William Allen Martin, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to comply.

Joseph M. Deboer, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for reckless driving.

Ronald William Martinez, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Robert Armijo, booked by Ferndale Police Department for shoplifting.

Shawn Orin Gisvold, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and misdemeanor bail jumping or gross misdemeanor failure to appear.

Travis Charles Watson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a second-degree suspended license and shoplifting goods worth less than $5.

Robert P. Dowling, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Michael James Stump, booked by Bellingham Police Department for felony harassment and second-degree malicious mischief greater than $750.

William John Messer, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Shay Randolph Murphy, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a second-degree suspended license.

John Wesley Halpin Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a third-degree suspended license, an interlock violation and driving under the influence.
