Blazers sweep Vancouver Vipers

The Bellingham Blazers' Bailey Shaver scored two goals to lead the way as the Blazers earned their second shutout against the Vancouver Vipers 5-0 on Saturday, Nov. 16.

"We played okay tonight. I saw us make some good plays then turn around and make a bad one. Those are hard games to play in but we did enough to win," Blazers coach Mark Collins said.

Kristjan Toivola and Cody assisted Shaver on each of his goals. Austin Sabin and Gerin Hohl also scored for Bellingham.

Blazers goaltender Brody Parker recorded his second-straight shutout, saving all 11 Vipers shots on goal.

The Blazers travel to Tri-Cities Nov. 22-23 when they will face off against the Outlaws.
