B y the numbers That’s how many pounds of fish were harvest by recreational anglers in Washington fishing in salt water during 2012. That is an increase from the 941,000 pounds harvested in 2011, according to “Fisheries Of The United States, 2012,” a report released last week by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The report said anglers caught 304,000 fish last year, up from 298,000 caught in 2011.
