The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Matthew James Mamac, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for possession of stolen property, theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Collin Daniel Cofield, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant, obstructing law enforcement, and investigation of possession of a controlled substance.

Shane Glenn Barnes, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree domestic violence assault and interfering with domestic violence reporting.

Vincente Munoz, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

Thomas M. Radisich, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault and two counts of third-degree assault.

Eric John Eidemiller, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a first-degree suspended license.

Joshua Neil Winchester, booked by Department of Corrections for a work training release violation.

Michael Charles Blume, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

James R. Smith, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two warrants for failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Timothy Blair Drafs, booked by Bellingham Police Department for first-degree criminal trespassing and failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Alan L. Tincher, booked by Ferndale Police Department for first-degree criminal trespassing and failure to appear for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Everett Garcia, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Joey Michael Briones, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Melvin Roy Fast, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving under the influence.

Anthony David Basta, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Marcos Alejandro A. Gonzales, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of forgery and third-degree theft.

Wayne Bryan Bradley, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of third-degree assault, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

Matthew Lawrence Alms, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for obstructing law enforcement.
