The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Katherine Mary Carbone, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving under the influence.

Robert Eugene Garris Frank, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Keith Eugene Goodman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Michael Francis Alexander, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Ashley Virginia Garrison, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of driving with a license suspended in the third degree, hit and run of unattended property and a sentence review.

Jacob Robert Whiting, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft.

Allen Robert Richmire, booked by Nooksack Tribal Police Department for investigation of domestic violence battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Derek Scott Deboer, booked by Everson Police Department for unlawful display of a weapon and obstructing law enforcement.

Sheila Kay Hoffman, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Juan Martinez-Razon, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Wayne Martin Media, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for drug court violations.

Alexander William Ball, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree possession of stolen property.

Judd Monroe Woodell, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree domestic violence theft.

Brandon James Heay, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of two counts of forgery and second-degree theft.

Kirk Mitchell Osetek, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree, third-degree theft, forgery and failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespassing.
